1999 Savage Garden (野人花園) 為電影: "The other sisiter"所出的單曲. 也收錄在他們的專輯"Affirmation"專輯中; 當時我買了這張專輯, 其實對這團體一點也不熟, 為啥買了它, 我現在也不清楚, 只知在2000年, 這首Animal Song, 讓我真的可以瘋狂大唱出心中的鬱悶. 尤其是我最喜歡的其中幾句:

Lasagna ? 3層的"千層麵"

每年一定要從義大利帶吃的回台灣給我女兒, 尤其是作義大利麵的材料: Parmigiano-Reggiano 帕馬森乾酪, (各式大型的 pasta (每個有1/3拳頭大) 因為更Q, 義大利的巧克力和 Nutella 巧克力榛果醬, Tortelloni 義大利餃子....等等.

今天是用我帶來的千層麵皮, 第一次在台灣試作 Lasagna (千層麵), 從超市找到的黏條狀的比薩用起司 (這裡沒有新鮮的Mozarella, 我也沒辦法帶來, 味道真的差很多), 從我外婆家搬來那台10幾年未用的電子烤箱, 去 IKEA 買了陶瓷烤盤, 今天就試試看.....


在這裡幾乎買不到番茄, 在家附近的農會超市找到小番茄來作醬底.. 熬了快一小時, 醬好了開始鋪盤....盤子太淺, 只鋪3層, 醬就快溢出來了, 只好完成這個三層的''千層麵'' ... XD...至於味道啊....普普通通, 還好我女兒很捧場, 一大盤通通吃光光...


P.S.: 第一張圖片中的是因為疊了2次, 才看起來層数多了些....哈哈!!

A hand-made gift from my girl 女兒親手作的玩偶

蕎蕎 (ciao ciao) 於昨日終於來高雄了.... 我等了2個星期.
現在孩子長大了, 都有自己的社交圈, 和父母沒有像小時後那麼黏, 感覺上有失有得, 但這都是為人父母必經的歷程.

我當時在樓上假眠, 一會兒半睡半醒之間聽到有人上樓的聲音, 我一看到她: 哇...比我高大好多囉! 我揉著惺忪的雙眼, 她馬上打開著她的手提袋, 說有東西給我....她翻了一會兒, 拿出一個綁著緞帶的包裝, 說"母親節快樂!".
我慢慢打開塑膠包裝的袋子, 映入眼簾的就是這隻可愛的貓咪玩偶.......

我半開玩笑的問: "是妳自己做的嗎?"

"是啊, 是我親手縫製的"

也許剛見面, 或許是樓上真的太悶熱了, 她說完馬上轉身下樓去吃冰.....



我的感動無以言喻....... 我仔細地看... 真的, 我女兒親手作的第一隻玩偶, (因為一邊的貓鬍鬚少了一條, 她告訴我因為線用完了...哈哈! 很特別) 對我來說好珍貴....
她從幼稚園開始, 所給我的所有卡片, 圖畫, 紙花...我都一直保存的很好, 那是一種幸福, 只有身為人母才能深深體會到"福"...

是遲來的禮物嗎?
不! 永遠都不遲..........

當我正飛越歐亞大陸回到台灣的途中，他走了....... 雖然我從未為任何一位明星瘋狂過, 但我喜愛許多的西洋歌手的歌曲, 並曾多次參與過幾次國外歌星在台灣的演唱會，當然也包括1993年, Michael第一次在台灣的演唱會。

我很慶幸我曾親身體驗過他舞台的震撼魅力, 甚至於我還在當天近距離的看到他本人....那是巧合, 我正好經過他上場前準備休息的大鐵欄門前, 聽到身後一群記者騷動, 我貼在大家一擁而上的鐵欄杆前, 好奇的要看被我擋住的記者們, 要搶拍哪位也來看演唱會的明星....不是! 出現在眼簾的是他, 真的是他....我並不激動, 只是很高興我能這麼近看到一位國際巨星, 他....已經很白了...但眼神及笑容中掩不住他給我純真的感受。 是的! 我認為他像是個孩子, 我不崇拜, 但他是不折不扣''上帝的禮物'', 上帝給予世間人們一個創造音樂及舞蹈的天才...... 無論世上有許多其他的人, 談論著他的負面... 而我相信他所給予這世界的許許多多....許許多多我不會形容,但是是上帝請他帶來的 doni。


雖然他的歌曲非常多, 我卻偏愛他較不常曝光及較少人注意的歌曲, 如我之前曾po一首"Earth Song", 以下這首"Stranger in Moscow", 讓我聽了身有同感, 尤其我當初獨自一人來到異國, 尋找另一個活下去的力量... 我推薦給各位: "STRANGER IN MOSCOW"......
